Thank you for purchasing a ticket to our golf competition. Please take a moment to review our refund policy:

No Refunds Except in Special Circumstances

Generally, tickets are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we are unable to offer refunds unless there is a documented special case, such as a medical issue that prevents you from attending the event. In such cases, we may request proof of the medical condition to proceed with a refund.

Alternative Option – Sending a Representative

If you are unable to attend the golf competition and are not eligible for a refund, we kindly suggest that you send a representative in your place. Please notify us in advance with the details of the person who will be attending on your behalf to ensure a smooth transition.

Medical Refund Requests

If you are unable to attend due to a medical condition, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and may offer a refund or alternative options depending on the circumstances. Documentation, such as a doctor’s note, may be required.

Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.
